I ship USPS or UPS ground whichever is most economical.  

Large packages generally will be with UPS. UPS requires that breakable items be double-boxed to qualify for insurance which makes for a large box sometimes.

*Currently we only ship to US destinations.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up can be arranged in St. Petersburg, Florida.


Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns. Exceptions may apply. Contact me within: 5 days of delivery Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations or exchanges.

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, I will work with you to file an insurance claim with the shipper.  Please note they require multiple images of the packaging and the damaged work. Once insurance has been approved, I will gladly replace it with a similar item of equal value, depending on what I have available at the time or offer a refund. Please keep in mind that all my work is one-of-a-kind so no two items will be exactly alike. To make an insurance claim possible we kindly request a picture of the damaged item and the packaging prior to an exchange/refund.

I cannot be responsible for the result of an incorrect shipping address. Please check carefully that the address is correct and where you want your item to go to.  Repeat shipments due to incorrect address will be at additional cost.

I do not exchange merchandise that reaches you in good condition. I do my best to accurately describe and depict the items in my shop and all items are made by hand and will inevitably may have slight cracks, imperfections and variations that do not devalue the item or make them unusable.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping  and insurance costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
